Leading the Future of Lane County’s Livestock Legacy
Our Mission
The LCLA Youth Leadership Committee exists to empower the next generation of agricultural leaders. Our goal is to support youth engagement across all LCLA programs by providing hands-on educational opportunities, fostering leadership skills, and ensuring that the voice of Lane County’s youth is heard within our livestock community.

Committee Overview
This is a unique opportunity for young livestock enthusiasts to take the reins. While the committee is supported by an Advisor from the LCLA Board of Directors, the operations, initiatives, and decisions are driven entirely by the youth members.
