The LCLA Member Marketplace is a venue for members to list livestock-related items, equipment, or services. LCLA is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers in the Marketplace. We do not handle payments, shipping, or guarantees for member-to-member sales.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Sellers: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings. You must own the item you are selling. You agree not to list illegal items, hazardous materials, or items that violate LCLA bylaws.
  • Buyers: You are responsible for verifying the condition of items before purchase. You engage in transactions at your own risk.

3. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to remove any listing that:

  • Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive.
  • Contains offensive language or imagery.
  • Is unrelated to the mission of the LCLA.

4. Release of Liability

By using the Marketplace, you release Lane County Livestock Association, its board, and its agents from any claims, demands, and damages arising out of disputes with other users or the quality/safety of items sold by members.


Part 4: User Content & Media

If you upload images to the Marketplace or website (e.g., listing photos), you grant LCLA a license to display them on the site. Please avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) if you wish to keep your exact location private.
